Description:
Wedding rehersal on Friday evening, May 28, 5-6 p.m. Wedding is on Saturday. Civic Center Lagoon/Plaza have been reserved from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Live music/DJ will only be during the ceremony. Temporary power will come from on-site electrical service.
We would like to designate the parking lot at 2nd/Washington for wedding party and guests only. Please let me know if that is a possibility.

Comments on 2/10/2010: The group does have the reservation for Saturday the 29th for the wedding and all is good with the permit for this day. The 28th is our Furlough day and I have let the group know that we will have the fountain off and that they may use the site for the rehearsal.
Regarding the designated parking spaces, I have sent an email to them to let them know that we do not block off spaces but that the building is not open for business so parking should not be an issue.
Facilities' accepts this permit.
