Additional Information Submitted by Applicant

1. Date Submitted: 03/10/2010
I realized that the walk distance around Centerra is not adequate and needed to change the route. The new route is:

Around Lake Loveland
Begin on W Lake Park drive
East on 29th st
South on N Garfield
W on HWY 34
N on Taft Ave back to W Lake Park Drive

Thank you,
Kristen

2. Date Submitted: 03/30/2010
I would like to add info about addressing parking and sanitation issues.

Parking will be addressed by having a main meeting place for the walk be at Ten Salon in The Centerra Shopping Center. We will meet there and carpool in order not max out the parking at Lake Loveland.

We will also shuttle back to Ten to use the restroom facilities there as to not overwhelm the 2 stalls at the park.

Thank You, Kristen Egan

Comments on 3/25/2010: Please confirm (or clarify) how parking and sanitation issues are addressed in proposal.........Small restroom at Benson Sculpture may not accomodate the needs of 60+ people - group parking along Beech and Aspen Streets may generate complaints from residents........particulary those along Beech. lc

Comments on 3/25/2010: Comments by P/R were intended for events at Benson Park. These comments do not pertain to this application. P/R reviewed again 3-25-10 and submitted an approved disposition.

3-17-10: Please note that there is no street in Loveland by the name of W. Lake Park Drive. The correct street name is N. Lake Drive and is the entrance to North Lake Park. Applicant used a mapping system that identifies the street incorrectly.
